The rooms at the BoardWalk Inn have been recently refurbished. The majority of the rooms have two Queen beds with a twin sized pull down bed, but there are also rooms with one King bed available.
You have the choice between a Resort view or Water view room. The Water view will overlook the boardwalk and Crescent Lake, while the Resort view will overlook landscaping, the pool or the parking lot. Most rooms have a balcony or patio.
There is also the option to book a room with Club Level service, including a Deluxe room, which is a bit larger than a standard room, or a 2-bedroom suite.

When you book a room at Disney’s BoardWalk Villas you will have the choice between a Deluxe Studio or 1 bedroom Villa.
The Deluxe Studio has 1 Queen bed, 1 Double sleeper sofa and 1 Single pull down bed. It also has a kitchenette and balcony.
The 1 bedroom Villa has a separate bedroom with a King bed, a full kitchen, and a living area with a Queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom features a jetted tub and 2 sink areas. There is also a washer & dryer and balcony.
There are 3 view categories for the Villas. A Standard view overlooks parking lots and grounds, a Garden or Pool view overlooks the pool area or gardens, and the Boardwalk view will overlook Crescent Lake and the boardwalk.
